Terms of Service
These terms cover eligibility, account use, and liability for TokenXGames. Game-specific rules, fees, and fair-play policy are covered separately on the Rules page.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TokenXGames. You must have a valid Telegram account to sign in, and a TON-compatible wallet to deposit or withdraw Coins.
Account Use
Your TokenXGames account is tied to your Telegram identity and is not transferable. You're responsible for activity on your account. Fair-play violations, bug/exploit abuse, and prohibited activity are covered by the platform Rules and can result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
Fees & Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to the 10% transaction/processing fee and the process described on the Rules page. Withdrawal requests may be held for security or fraud checks.
Liability
TokenXGames is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TokenXGames is not liable for losses arising from network conditions outside its control (including TON network congestion or downtime), third-party wallet issues, or use of the app in violation of these terms or the platform Rules.
